- Flood Damaged Properties* (our "Flood Insure" scheme aims to insure properties that have previously suffered flood/water damage, where there is evidence that remedial work - carried out by the householder, local Authority, or Environment Agency etc etc - has substantially reduced the risk.
- Joint Occupancy ( unrelated persons of which one must be the insured).
- Holiday Homes (used by family and friends but also including commercial use but excluding commercial use but excluding DSS lets and/or lets via local councils).
- Let Properties (including professional let to one person or family, student let to one person).
